Ellen Gallin Procida brings thirty years labor relations experience to her neutral practice. She is a lead instructor at  Cornell's  Scheinman Institute’s Labor Arbitrator Development Program. She holds an Employment Law Mediator Certificate from Cornell University’s ILR School and is a member of Cornell’s Scheinman Institute Roster of Neutrals
